SNICKERS BAR (VEGAN AND NO BAKE) Ingredients No-bake Brownie Base (see instructions) Cream Layer: 1/2 cup coconut cream (the thick part of a chilled coconut can) (120 g) 2/3 cup cashews soaked (100 g) 1/2 cup oat flour or almond flour (50 g) 2 tbsp maple syrup or agave syrup (40 g) 1/2 tsp vanilla extract Caramel Layer: 1/3 cup + 1/2 tbsp maple syrup or agave syrup (120 g) 1/2 cup coconut milk (120 ml) 3 dates (60 g) 1/4 cup smooth peanut butter or sunflower seed butter (60 g) 1/8 tsp salt 4 tbsp peanuts (optional) Chocolate Layer: 6 tbsp cacao butter melted (80 g) 1 1/2 tbsp coconut oil melted (20 g) 3 tbsp maple syrup or agave syrup (60 g) 1/2 cup cocoa powder (40 g) Instructions Soak cashews in warm water for at least one hour, then discard the water (you can also boil them in water for 15-20 minutes or until they are soft). Tartlets with cream and fruits By the way, a great healthy dessert on the New Year's table 🎄 and it does not look like a healthy one, very tasty !!!!           Ingredients : Dough : ✔ Ground oatmeal 60g ✔ Peanut butter 2 tbsp (50 g) ✔ Water 60g ✔ Cane sugar powder 1 tablespoon (or plain white) ✔ Cornflour (until the consistency of non-sticky dough) Filling : ✔ Cream cheese 6 tbsp (150 g) ✔ Cream 10% 20ml ✔ Cane sugar powder 1 tablespoon (or plain white) ✔ Strawberry 6pcs 60g (I had a frost)         Instructions : 1. Defrost berries. 2. Combine oatmeal, peanut butter, powdered sugar, water until the dough is smooth. 3. Add cornflour, knead the dough. 4. Divide the dough into 6 parts, roll the balls. 5. Tamp each ball into muffin tins, leaving space for filling. 6. Make holes with a fork. 7. Bake for about 30 minutes at 180C 8. For the filling, we combine cream cheese, cream, powdered sugar. 9. Today we got for you recipes of 3 different flavored homemade ice creams. All of them need just a few ingredients which are easy to find at home. All of them are super yummy, with only good ingredients.  It does not matter that it is winter, you can put on a cozy movie and enjoy 😃 Chocolate chip - Banana - Peanut Butter Ice Cream - 2 ripe bananas - 2 tablespoons of peanut butter  - Splash of almond milk  - A cup of chocolate chips 1. Cut bananas and froze for 30 mins 2. Later add them to a blender, add milk and blend till it is a creamy consistency 3. Add chocolate chips, mix them again  4.
