BANANA RASPBERRY DESSERT🍨😋 Let us show you how to make this super easy colorful dessert bowl, which so fruity and creamy Ingredients: - 275 ml cream 10% - 1 banana - 60g raspberries - 12g of gelatin - 135g soft cottage cheese - 1 tsp honey (optional) Instructions: 1. Separately mash raspberries and a banana. 2. Heat (but not boil) the cream, add gelatin and mix well. 3. Add honey to the cream and mix again. 4. Next, add the cottage cheese, whisk with a blender or mixer. 5. Split the mixture into 2 parts: one larger, the other smaller. Add mashed banana to the one, raspberry to another. Mix. 6. Pour the part with the banana into the glasses, put it in the freezer for 5-7 minutes. Then take it out and pour the next layer (if the raspberry layer began to solidify, add a few drops of hot water or milk and mix). 7. We put everything in the refrigerator until it gets hard.
