"Bounty" cheesecake Ingredients  For the base: Egg white - 3 pcs. Flour (I have corn and whole grain wheat) -60 gr Cocoa-1 tbsp Sweetener instead of sugar Milk-50 ml Baking powder-1 tsp For the creme layer: Egg yolk - 3 pcs Soft cottage cheese  -375  gr (I have fat-free, 3 packs)  Cottage cheese (I have 5% in a briquette)-150 gr Rice flour - 30 gr Coconut flakes-15 gr  Sweetener For the glaze: Dark chocolate - 30 gr Butter - 5 gr Process 1. Base - Egg whites separate from the yolks - Beat egg whites until foam - Add to them the remaining base ingredients and mix gently - Transfer to a baking dish and bake ~ 20 min at 180 degrees 2. Creme layer -  Mix the yolks with the ingredients for the curd layer and beat with a blender until it is all creamy. 3.
