Healthy Candies

Image
Tasty and healthy candies πŸ˜‹  The best thing that you need only 3 ingredients πŸ‘Œ Ingredients: Dates - 120 g ((approximately 15 pcs., Depends on size) Roasted Salted Peanuts - 20-30 g Dark Chocolate - 75 g Cooking: 1. Remove the stone from the dates (using a hairpin or carefully cutting the fruit) and put 2-3 nuts inside (the salted peanuts go great with the bitterness of chocolate and the sweetness of the date). 2. Break the chocolate into pieces and melt in the microwave, with short pulses for 15 seconds, stirring each time. Be careful to not overheat the chocolate. It is best to do this in a glass so that it is convenient to then immerse sweets in it. 3. Using a fork, or what is easier for you, cover each date with chocolate and put on a plate (it is advisable to use a plastic one since frozen chocolate is easier to leave). 4. Garnish the sweets as desired and refrigerate until completely frozen. Enjoy your dessert! Author: gusto_story

The cookies are made without eggs, dairy, sugar or oil. Instead, I’ve used bananas (very ripe ones because they are the sweetest), almond milk, flour, baking powder, and such add-ings as peanut butter, chopped peanuts and dark chocolate chip. Ingredients : *2 very ripe bananas *1/3 cup almond milk (or any plant-based milk) *1 cup oat flour *1/2 teaspoon baking powder *1 small handful peanuts - chopped *1/4 cup chocolate - chopped (make sure it's vegan) *4 tablespoons peanut butter - chilled Instructions : Preheat the oven to 350°F/180°C. Peel the bananas and mash them in a mixing bowl. Add the almond milk and stir to combine. Add the flour and baking powder and stir to combine until it's a thick batter. Now add about 3/4 of the walnuts and chocolate (save a few to add them to
