A Green Omelette
Super nutritious and easy omelette for your next meal!
What would you need:
- Spinach
- 2 eggs
- 1 tbsp of oatmeal
- some herbs
- salt, pepper
- cheese due to preference
Mix spinach and herbs, eggs, oatmeal, salt, and pepper in a blender then pour the mixture on a pre-heated pan. Fry till you see the bubbles and you can add your cheese on top so it melts. You can serve it together with other veggies and avocado, sprinkle some pumpkin and/or flax seeds on top.
