4 Recipes of Healthy Breakfast

These are the ideas of breakfast that will bring you on the right track straight from the morning!

OATMEAL
First, we are going to start with the most popular but not that much favorite breakfast for many people!
We do not need to explain how beneficial it is for you, right?

Here is how you can add more nutrients and flavor to sometimes "boring" oatmeal!

We recommend getting the oats that are made from whole grains, they are the largest in size, they boil longer (usually about 15 minutes), but they are considered the most useful since they contain the most vitamins, minerals, and fiber.

To make it even better we recommend to add:
Nuts, flax seeds, cinnamon or cacao, fruits (bananas, apples), berries, different nut butter, just pick what from listed are your favorites.

We like to make our oatmeal with an oat or almond milk the most. But again, you can choose which suits you the most!

OVERNIGHT OATS

The most easy and fast breakfast eveeer!!

All you need:
- milk (whatever you prefer)
- yogurt
- whole grains oats.

Mix all the ingredients in a bowl, transfer to a jar, close and send it to the refrigerator for at least 4 hours, or better for the night.

For sweetness, you can again add fruits (dry or fresh), nuts, flaxseeds, protein supplements, coconut, spices (cinnamon, cloves, vanilla, star anise, anise), cocoa, grated chocolate, lemon or orange zest, honey or maple syrup!
It is good to differentiate, so it never gets boring!
