"Bounty" cheesecake



Ingredients


 For the base:
Egg white - 3 pcs.
Flour (I have corn and whole grain wheat) -60 gr
Cocoa-1 tbsp
Sweetener instead of sugar
Milk-50 ml
Baking powder-1 tsp





For the creme layer:
  • Egg yolk - 3 pcs
  • Soft cottage cheese -375 gr(I have fat-free, 3 packs) 
  • Cottage cheese (I have 5% in a briquette)-150 gr
  • Rice flour - 30 gr
  • Coconut flakes-15 gr 
  • Sweetener


For the glaze:
  • Dark chocolate - 30 gr
  • Butter - 5 gr


Process

1. Base
- Egg whites separate from the yolks
- Beat egg whites until foam
- Add to them the remaining base ingredients and mix gently
- Transfer to a baking dish and bake ~ 20 min at 180 degrees

2. Creme layer
-  Mix the yolks with the ingredients for the curd layer and beat with a blender until it is all creamy.

3. When the cake is ready, we take it out and from above (without removing it from the form) we spread the curd mass.

4. We need to make a water bath: put a form with a cheesecake into a larger diameter form with the water in it so that the water covers the bottom of the form with the cheesecake, but does not fill it.

5. Bake in the oven at 160 degrees ~ 40-45 min. 

6. Cool. At this time in a water bath we melt chocolate with butter to cover the top. Then we cool and enjoy, it’s very tasty πŸ‘πŸ»
