Greens and berries smoothie packed with antioxidants and vitamins

One of the best ways to start your morning or the time when you finish exercising is with a fresh and light smoothie. 😜🙌
Winter is coming so our bodies need to prepare to face the weather changes and colds. This smoothie does exactly that. Packed with vitamins, like vitamin C, vitamin K, vitamin A, a bunch of antioxidants from strawberries and blueberries and healthy Omega 3 fats from chia seeds. Our bodies will have protection for diseases or infections.
Moreover, greens smoothies are a great way to cleanse your body, especially your gut, for any toxins that come into it. You will get only benefits for both, your body and your mind. 😇🙏                           



INGREDIENTS:

A handful of fresh spinach
2 cups of fresh kale
1 cup frozen blueberries
2-3 fresh frozen strawberries
1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
1/2 of water
A tablespoon of chia seeds

Just mix everything up in a blender and you are good to go! Enjoy! 😍🥬💚
