🌯Healthy wrap🌯

Ingredients:

Pita (thin, yeast-free) 1
Beef 300g
Chinese cabbage (half a cab)
Salted Cucumbers 3pcs
Tomatoes 3pcs
Red onion (1pc, small)
Greens
Cheese 120g
Sour cream / Greek yogurt 3 tablespoons
Mustard 1 teaspoon
Black pepper

Cooking:
Cut the meat into strips, fry. Cheese cut on a grater. Finely chop the greens. Cut vegetables of arbitrary shape, onion in half rings. Mix sour cream with mustard and black pepper. Spread pita bread with sauce, then in the order that you prefer, apply ingredients, and wrap. Then fry the twisted wrap on both sides (without oil) in a pan, preferably a grill pan.
