Peanut butter and jelly sandwich (gluten-free, no added sugar)

Ingredients:



  1. Gluten-free bread;
  2. 100 % peanut butter (or any type of nut butter);
  3. Jelly with no added sugar(strawberry jam, raspberry jam);

Instructions:
  1. At first, lie down a toast or two toasts on the table and grab your jar of peanut butter and a jar of jelly.
  2. Take a tablespoon of peanut butter and put it on the toast. For your convenience take a table knife and easily spread the butter all over the toast.
  3. And for the last part just take a teaspoon of jelly and, likewise, spread it around the toast on top of peanut butter.
