Ingredients:

Dates - 120 g ((approximately 15 pcs., Depends on size)
Roasted Salted Peanuts - 20-30 g
Dark Chocolate - 75 g

Cooking:

1. Remove the stone from the dates (using a hairpin or carefully cutting the fruit) and put 2-3 nuts inside (the salted peanuts go great with the bitterness of chocolate and the sweetness of the date).
2. Break the chocolate into pieces and melt in the microwave, with short pulses for 15 seconds, stirring each time. Be careful to not overheat the chocolate. It is best to do this in a glass so that it is convenient to then immerse sweets in it.
3. Using a fork, or what is easier for you, cover each date with chocolate and put on a plate (it is advisable to use a plastic one since frozen chocolate is easier to leave).
4. Garnish the sweets as desired and refrigerate until completely frozen.
