SUGAR-FREE CHOCOLATE BROWNIES Brownies really are a favorite dessert or snack for us to eat. I think it may be because brownies are kind of like eating a piece of cake, which is more like a cookie with a bit of a candy bar in it. However, these brownies are sugar-free, which makes them even better . Ingredients  1 cup All Purpose Flour  1 tsp Baking Powder  ¾ cup Unsweetened cocoa powder  1 ½ cups Splenda or other sweeteners  1 cup of melted butter + 1 tbsn Butter before melting  3 Eggs  2 tsp Vanilla Extract  1 cup Sugar Free Chocolate Chips  Instructions  Preheat your oven to 325 and prep a square pan (9X9) for nonstick. It is the New Year Eve and we are sure that some of you need an easy idea for the dessert to celebrate this moment this night. Here you go, you probably already have all of the ingredients at home, so you don't have to go to the store again:) Ingredients Crust ⅓ cup shredded hazelnuts ⅓ cup buckwheats ⅓ cup cacao powder 6 Medjool dates Layer 1 Cup (200gr) cooked sweet potato 7 oz. (200gr) dark chocolate 1 TBSP maple syrup 2 TBSP coconut oil ½ cup almond milk 1 tsp vanilla extract ½ TSP salt dark upper layer 3 tbsp cacao + ⅓ of the mass of the layer above hazelnuts for decoration Instructions Oil brush a round baking tin (I used a 7 inch when you want the pie to be higher use a smaller one like 6 inches) For the crust, blend all base ingredients together and press with your finger into the baking tin Freeze until the filling is ready. Super nutritious and easy omelette for your next meal! What would you need: - Spinach - 2 eggs - 1 tbsp of oatmeal - some herbs - salt, pepper - cheese due to preference Mix spinach and herbs, eggs, oatmeal, salt, and pepper in a blender then pour the mixture on a pre-heated pan. Fry till you see the bubbles and you can add your cheese on top so it melts. You can serve it together with other veggies and avocado, sprinkle some pumpkin and/or flax seeds on top. Enjoy! Peanut butter and jelly sandwich (gluten-free, no added sugar)

Ingredients: Gluten-free bread; 100 % peanut butter (or any type of nut butter); Jelly with no added sugar(strawberry jam, raspberry jam); Instructions: At first, lie down a toast or two toasts on the table and grab your jar of peanut butter and a jar of jelly. Take a tablespoon of peanut butter and put it on the toast. For your convenience take a table knife and easily spread the butter all over the toast. And for the last part just take a teaspoon of jelly and, likewise, spread it around the toast on top of peanut butter. That's all guys, you did a great job! BANANA RASPBERRY DESSERT🍨😋 Let us show you how to make this super easy colorful dessert bowl, which so fruity and creamy Ingredients: - 275 ml cream 10% - 1 banana - 60g raspberries - 12g of gelatin - 135g soft cottage cheese - 1 tsp honey (optional) Instructions: 1. Separately mash raspberries and a banana. 2. Heat (but not boil) the cream, add gelatin and mix well. 3. Add honey to the cream and mix again. 4. Next, add the cottage cheese, whisk with a blender or mixer. 5. Split the mixture into 2 parts: one larger, the other smaller. Add mashed banana to the one, raspberry to another. Mix. 6. Pour the part with the banana into the glasses, put it in the freezer for 5-7 minutes. Then take it out and pour the next layer (if the raspberry layer began to solidify, add a few drops of hot water or milk and mix). 7. We put everything in the refrigerator until it gets hard.
